In another thread mention was made of the August issue. I had meant to post this a few days ago and failed to.
The August issue was delayed due to a major lightening strike at the printing company that prints it. I know how that sounds, especially on the heals of what happened last month, but that is what happened. A direct hit did severe damage to their electronics. They were insured for such damage, but it still took time to get back up and running and catch up on their printing.
The magazine has mailed now but unfortunately will arrive late for everyone. As with last month, to help ease the inconvenience, we have made the August Online Edition of the magazine openly availalbe: www.BusConversions.com/august.pdf (http://www.busconversions.com/august.pdf)
There was a storm in Greensboro, NC the other day that killed a whole bunch of my friends 'letricle stuff, most had good protection but got hit anyway!
no worries on the delay! I ain't seen one since I moved in April anyway!
(not your fault though! Seems my mother put in a change of address FOR ALL MAIL TO BE SENT TO HER HOUSE!) Boy is she in for a surprise! We (dad & I made arrangements with a family member who happens to also be their mail carrier to only deliver ALL JUNK mail there, and forward the rest to the PO Box!)
