Title: Need help with 4104 starter relay

I need a new starter relay. Mine has 6 terminals, 3 on each side. It is Delco Remy and is marked 983 on one of the mounting flanges.

Have any of you had to replace the starter relay in a 4104? What part number and source did you use?

I brought it to town and tried several sources, but no one has even seen one like this.
