I just ran out to look at mine. They are: "Rolling Cargo Bed". From Edmonton, AB. 403-451-7736. They are really solid and well built. I don't know where you are at, it might be a long way from you... My PO was from Edmonton.

IMO they have pros and cons: it is nice to pull them out and have handy access to your stuff. Mine are 8 foot long.

However the thickness of them makes for a substantial waste of space. My bays have a 3/4" plywood + carpet, then the slides that have a 3/4" plywood tray on them. Total thickness is almost 5 inches. I am almost thinking about removing them.

Make your own. KV has heavy duty slides, 500lbs. 36" was $160/pr. Steel to mount to floor and steel for frame $40. Plywood for bottom $scrap. Welding $25. Paint <$10. Screw and bolts <$10. So for less than $250 I have a 36" deep by 24" wide slide for tool boxes.
I looked at a full bi-directional slide. After initial "Wow that would be neat!" I thought about nothing higher than about 23" to clear tunnel of the MCI.  Then the thought of a loss of 4" of that height due to slider itself. Hmmmmm. Even if I built it myself it was still going to cost about $6-800. Still thinking.

Accuride also makes heavy duty slides if you want to roll your own...

for diy slides, Mike told me that roller skates would be good rollers and yes I agree!! Additionally for the channel, garage door frames work and today I noticed that aluminum blinds have STEEL at the top. I don't know how much weight they would hold, but my thrift shops are full of these and it would be pretty easy to put roller skates in them.....
