Title: Updating ceiling.....?

How difficult is it to update a ceiling.  Examaple:  Kitchen area put in some form of modern ceiling lighting.  Maybe a little mirror here and there to open up the feel of the coach.  What company or who could do this type of work without it costing tens of thousands?

used 4 by 8 ft mirror in my coach Vinyl product..less than 90$ a sheet..just put up track and install.I did 3 ft wide strip down middle.hold up well requires special cleaner..
