Best is to match up with what you have.  Or try running your engine serial number.  Good Luck, TomC

Pat, do you have the wear sleeve on the crank, all you need is the single lip right hand rotaion here is the FP number for the one with the sleeve which will probably be yours being yours is rebuilt FP-5194462 you can order from Songman here on the  board  or PC industries.
If you don't have the sleeve let me know and I'll give you the number for the other

good luck

Clifford, I'm getting ready to pull the accessory drive housing to install the rear block plate with the number 4 drive position. I'm not to the point where I can see the crank sleeve yet, but I'll let you know when I get there!   After watching OneLapper pull the end off of his engine and having the manuals, I'm sure I can do it!  If I have questions I can come here and find the answers from you and the other DD whizzes!  I've searched all over trying to find that mount for the power steering pump....this is the final solution!  I have all of the gaskets but the block plate (both front and back) and the crank seal!

It has been raining so much here, I needed to find a dry job......I'm thinking without any problems, this should only last about a week......taking my time and not screwing anything up!

Clifford, I ended up breaking that off, I'm sorry to say! ::)  I keep looking in the manual for a certain mount let me find the part number and I'll also post a picture here.

At the very bottom of this drawing is the mount I was looking for, now I'm going to find the part number again.  Here is the number  5124135

I have done that repair.
Here is how it went.

Shouldn't a serial# get you the correct one at DD??

Hi Joe!  You are replacing the rear (back of bus) seal, I'm replacing the front (front end of bus) seal, the accessory drive housing and transmission have to be removed for this as does the engine, (my engine is not installed yet).   I did like that niffty X-12 torque multiplier!  Joe I'm not sure I have all the time I need right now I'm scurring to get the outside of the bus finished before cold weather, including engine installation!  I'm all the time taking pictures of the conversion way more than I post on my site!  When I get to where I'm feeling I'm ahead of the deal maybe I could help out!

The reason I'm looking for the correct numbers for parts is I finally gave up on finding that drive housing for the hydralic pump, and I"m going to install the block end plate with the correct gear drive for the number 4 accessory position (which was overlooked in my unknowing early days) I already have all of the parts needed and the last item was the rear crank seal (rear of engine).

I'll record this job with more pictures as it starts through finish!

Well, that can be a bit confusing ???.  I think most people refer to the front, rear, left, right of an engine as if it were installed in a conventional truck, even if it is installed in a T or V drive bus.

That's certainly the protocol I follow.  The bellhousing end is always the "rear", no matter which way it points in the installation.  As Pat pointed out, replacing a rear seal involves breaking the engine and transmission, where I come from anyway.  In the context of the thread it was pretty clear which end of the engine was being worked on but the thread title might prevent it from appearing in a future search.
