Well, after spending hours upon hours of searching, inquiring, studying, and listening to some good advice from my fellow bus nuts,
I finally landed one of my own.......a 1988 Eagle. It is everything I've been looking for and in excellent condition. I had it checked out by a professional bus shop, who confirmed its excellent condition. It is a 40 ft with a raised roof and has a professional conversion. I will be posting pictures soon. It was a new experience driving this coach. I use to drive tractor trailers pulling doubles, but that was a few years back. It felt great to finally be behind the wheel of my own conversion bus. WHAT A RIDE the Eagle has!!!
Good for you.
Welcome aboard
David
Ride On!!!!
Great News We're all HAPPY for you! Welcome Aboard the best Bus Nut Board ! BK ;D
Just remember that Eagle don't bend twice in the middle like them "doubles" did ! LOL!
Congratulations ;D
Welcome to the asylum!! Glad you are aboard the bus.
Kind Regards, Phil
Nice to have another fellow eagle owner on board. Congratulations! I can't wait to see the pictures.

I always thought GMC meant "Gets More Chicks", oh well, probably why it didn't work...
I love Eagles. Can't beat their ride.
Good luck and welcome to the zoo crew!

Jimmy I thought
GMC was
Generic Motor Company ! And yes I own a GMC tow truck !LOL ! As far as an Eagle's ride, there is only one that is better and that is a Setra, but hey they were both designed/built by Kassboro and the Setra takes the suspension a step up from the torsion ar ride up to an air ride independant front suspension (SMOOTH!), but I still love an Eagle ! And I'm trying to figure out how to put an Eagle's chrome front bumper on my Setra (I was informed by a man at Setra N. America HQ in Greensboro, NC that they both have the same radious on the front end !), once I get a chrome bumper, I can add "chicken lights! LOL! BK ;D
