Title: Replacing the window in the escape door on 4104
Post by: JohnVickrey on July 13, 2010, 08:35:24 PM
I need the collective knowledge of the collective. ;D

I want to replace the window in the escape door on my 4104.  Hopefully a window that I can open.  Someone must have done this before, please tell me where you got the window and $$.  Details please, I know I can get one from Motion Windows.

Our 4104 has a sliding window in the rear door. The PO said all the opening windows were from Peninsula Glass. I found no paper work so the cost is unknown...Cable

Likewise, my 4104 has a sliding window (with screen) on the rear door.  I suspect it also is a Peninsula.  Sorry, I have no model or pricing info.

Peninsula has a nice sliding window with a screen for the emergency exit door on the 4104.
I can not recall the cost as it has been over 20 years ago.
Also they have the nice "D" windows that is on each side of the door.

John

You need to check "HUGGY" this fall at the cove.

The previous owner wanted to have a breeze through the back of the bus.

Hope to see every one then.

John,

When you find the answer to this please let us know the source and price.

Does your window behind the escape door still open?
