Title: 102A3 in Augusta GA area
Post by: ccbmster on July 03, 2010, 12:47:16 PM
If I get real serious about the 102A3 shell in the Augusta GA area, is there anyone near there that might be interested in checking it out for me?

Thanks
Mike

Wish I could help, I'm not too far away (Columbia). I'm afraid my opinions wouldn't be worth much anyway, as I'm probably the least educated here on busses! Is it by chance at Lewis bus sales? Everyone says he(Talmedge Lewis) is a straight shooter. Surely someone here can assist though!

Thanks Boyce and Jim, but I wouldn't ask anyone to drive that far.

It isn't at Lewis Bus sales.  A private party has it.  They were using it for trips back and forth to a race track but have decided that there were too many empty seats to keep using it for that.  They are not asking a lot for it when you consider it is a 102 but so far I have only talked to the wife and she did not know where it came from before they got it.  I do not want another east coaster.

Called about a 96A2 but found out that one is from New York originally.  Was not sure about going with an A2 anyways and would really love to have a 102 if I can find the right deal.
