brian at http://www.towmate.com/lightduty.html (http://www.towmate.com/lightduty.html) was very helpful in my purchase. they stand behind their product. remember you get what you pay for and these guys seem to have a quality product.
For that kinda money I will stick with a pig tail and converter box.
they are pricy, but i just bought the electronics for $225 plus s/h and made my own look at flocks.shutterfly.com
You have got to admit that it is cool that we have the technology to do something like that
so much easier. i made one trip with the wires and have scuffs on the car and the wire kept coming out. this new unit will make things easier.
