Memories of a '68 or so Power Wagon P/U I drove in the late 70's.
Great power and a huge stump jumper. Killed (P/U that is) by a drunk driver, his 3rd accident in 6 months, with injuries in each case.

We had 1950's Power Wagons literally new, in the 1970's, left over from the Korean war, when I was in the Canadian Forces.  They were the best off-road vehicles I have ever driven.  For that matter, at the 1976 Olympics in Montreal, we used brand new 1950's motorcycles (BSA's) as courier vehicles.  They just boiled the cosmoline off, changed the oil, and gave them to 19 and 20 year old soldiers who had motorcycle licenses...
