Title: Sanding Tool For Around Rivets

Fellows,

Does anyone know of a tool that is made to sand around rivet heads? I am looking for a small diameter pad, maybe 2" that has a hole in the center approximately 9/16" diameter and sanding paper with the same hole could be stuck to the pad and used to sand around rivets.

Maybe some of you have seen this type of tool or possibly made one?

You might check your paint supplier. I did find these 3M discs that go on a drill http://www.azautobodysupply.com/scricldiea.html (http://www.azautobodysupply.com/scricldiea.html)

I'm sure somebody in Vancouver WA would have something similar. I've never used it, looks like it would work though.
