Hey Dog, don't feel too bad! They shut the door on me when it was first formed. The guy heading it up was in Arcadia one year and he took a look at my coach and ever since has declined my application. Maybe it was my fault when I told him my thoughts on the 100 dollar a year dues to join. It appears they want to be the second generation "Prevost Prouds". I guess if you don't spend 1 point something million on a factory conversion, your not welcome. I look at it as their loss! You should do the same!

There are a lot of us poor boyprevost owners around than the richer than thous...about 1/2 of the ones I have met I wish I hadn't..the others were just regular guys that had the good fortune to have the $ to buy new....all the poor boyprevost owners were good guys...I belong to the poor boys....Bob

From what I have seen of your project it is definately their loss! No if ands or doubts about it. I'm thinking they should pay you to let their members even access your website. That is rediculous.
I guess some use 45 footers with big swirlies because they are competing at the 2" level which makes it hard to differentiate. :o :D
After 38 years of marriage, the only thing rejection means is a good nights sleep lol, I'll take the nights sleep, even better if there are no bathroom trips.
Pat, I been on that board for a long time you are not missing much very little goes on there anymore,some of those guys read this board and came with with the idea all members here are cheap I have read that more than once there.
I have a lot of friends that belong to the Prevost Prouds hell I still attended some of their rallies now the POG (Prevost Owners Group) they have some jerks.
Your not in bad company here ,BNO and the Eagles board.

Well I don't know who said it but it may apply here.
Any group who would except me as a member I would not want to be a member of in the first place.
Honestly I can't stand people who keep there nose's in the air, and think they are so much better than every one else.
I will say that this is the best bus board there is and I think a lot of every one here. You could travel the world and not find a nicer bunch of guys and gals.

Ah heck, there probably isn't anyone there that could give you any advice on anything more than which shop to take it to get air added to the tires :D ;D

I'd like to feel sorry for myself..........but that isn't going to happen! Just about every bus make out there has an exclusive our bus site. Which I think is excellant it gets down to the basic stuff that is familiar fixit's to that specific bus. I've put a lot of hard, dirty, sweaty work into this project and I'm still very excited about it. You know even the eagle guys let me in their group, which I appreciate. Every site has something to learn about buses that was the reason I thought I'd join that group. In 5 short years I've learned an enormous amount about these huge toys, thanks to many fine members of these bulletin boards. When I stop wanting to learn I guess its over! As always I appreciate the kind words and the support!
Oh My God I just read your post!!! Turned down your application to their exclusive club!!!! I am a nice guy so I will use these "#$%^ them" instead of the real verbage. Exclusive my hiney. I can drink Lone Star and kick the coals with the redest of rednecks. I can also put on black tie and have just as good a time as the next. What I will not tolerate is some jack arse thinking he is better than the rest. I run into this in the dog training world, A LOT. I stay clear of those types. Life is too short to be a butthole.
Pat:The exact same thing happened to me. I applied thinking that I might be able to get more info on my coach from fellow Prevost owners-wrong. We're not supposed to "beat up" things on this site, so read between my lines. They did us a favor. I'll bet that some of them will also get turned down when they apply for the G5 gulf stream owners group! We're right where we belong with the real people that accept us as we are. Clifford I know there are some nice people over their! But I bet there are very few "Clifford's" over there! Clifford guys like you are extremely rare!

In all reality with the likes of Clifford, Tom, Jack Conrad and many many others , there isn't a whole lot more knowledge that can be found on any other forum that can't be found here.
Maybe you missed the cutoff by a year or they misread my application, (82vs83) but I was accepted no questions asked. After checking the site out a couple of times, I determined there wasn't enough going on and haven't been back since. There is always something going on here and if it's slow, just ask a question and everyone comes out of the woodwork. Couldn't find a nicer bunch of people than here goes second for me. Thanks to everyone that comes here, some days it's simply all of your comments that brings the sun out, Will and Wife ;D ;D
When it comes to family you don't have a choice on who you get. But on here I consider you guys and gals my bus family and I get to choose this time. Best part, your all my friends, at least I hope so. LOL
