Bob's been trying to sell that thing for over two years now.
I predict he does not get a single bid at that price, let alone meet his reserve. He's got it in his head this thing is worth millions, based on an overinflated bid at Barrett Jackson at the very height of the market (there was later a dispute about the $4.3M bid price, and, IIRC, it actually sold for right around $2M). He also does not seem to realize that the stratospheric price for a fully restored, down to the last original detail, Futurliner will not reflect what a unit might be worth that has been completely redone with non-original items to a non-original floor plan, paint scheme, etc..
If you could really expect to fetch over a million for one of these things moderately restored, I suspect our own beloved Mr. Kadletz would have finished doing just that to his own specimen by now.
JMO, FWIW, YMMV, etc.
