I think you mean who would buy it if they hadn't SMOKED a key . . ?
I want to know who was stupid enough to bid $100 for that bus? Similiar buses with full running gear are a dime a dozen.

I thought about the scrap angle, but is it really worth enough to make money after the tow? (I have no idea what a whole bus brings at the scrapper.)
