I think this will work. Still figuring out this computer posting stuff.
I love that bus. Awesome job!
Thanks Rusty. I am just happy that I finally learned how to do facebook, and put pictures on there, and post a link. Too cool. ;D
Looking awesome! You're going to have one nice looking ride!!!
I sent you a friend request
good job!your ahead of me on computer skills..My wife is a facebook junkie...I'll put her on posting....Like your ideals and workmanship..Bob
Can you tell me where you got the rectangular light in the front next to the headlights? Do you have both lights up front configured as turn and park lights or do they serve separate functions?
I really want to do my generator up front like yours, but I don't think I have quite enough height to do it. My generator is the fully enclosed Powertech like your other generator.
The Mrs and I love the floor, you guys have come a long way and done a great job :). Keep up the hard work, and some day... I also sent a Request on FB, thanks for the update ;)
That sure is going to be one sharp looking coach when your all done. Very nice job, can't wait to see the finished product. Have you picked out a paint scheme and color? Keep up the good work. Jason
They sure are hard workers. They have done more to their Dina in 6 months than I have done to mine in 4 years.
Very nice hope to see it up close some day , great pipes 8)
Ruthi, I sent a Friend Request also.
Lookin Great!
Paul
Excellent! Looking really good, nice job on the ventilation and floors looking sweet, nice addition of floor heat:)
Thank you to all of you for your compliments. Ken is on the road working now, and I am home, but, I will be sure and have him look at the boards. I am proud of him and the work he has done. He is such a hard worker. He only started the inside last fall, and was home straight for a little over a month, which he lived in the Dina day and night working. The rest has been done with only a week off between runs. We havent come up with a paint scheme yet. It will be two colors though. We know the primary color we want, but not positive on the second color or the design. We want something slick and streamlined. Any suggestion on design? I sure would have never guessed that paint could cost 900 dollars a gallon, :o An update on the windshield. The glass company is going to have someone come out in their time off and extend the lip where the windshield sits in, and then they are going to glue it in. That way, we can build our front cabinets, and not worry about getting to the windshield if it should need to be replaced. Not to mention, it has already been broken twice trying to get it put in. The last one we ordered just came today. I sure hope they can get the other one out without breaking it. They said they can. Brian, I will have to ask Ken tomorrow about the headlight, or, you can give him a call. He will be super busy tomorrow, but, if you call Thur. or Friday, he will have time to talk. You are right about the gen tho. The one that you have like our other one would not fit. Van, the floor is really nice, but my favorite thing is the ceiling. I love it. The pictures dont really show it very good. Also, I love the counter top and booth top. It is silestone white, with the little mirror pieces in it. Can you tell I am starting to get a little excited about it? ::) I am going to the dmv and see what we have to do to get the title change this week.
Excellent Job !!! ..... Are we ever going to meet Ken ??? ..... I know he's busy, but .... ::)
;D ;D ;D Maybe some day..............He is not much for using a computer, reads stuff a little. Mostly I tell him what I read on the boards. He is more of a hands on physical work person. Not much for sitting around. We do hope to make it to a rally some time this year though.
BK, that is cool, dont know how to do that kind of stuff, lol

;D BK ;D
Ruthi, Your dina is looking good, Ted is like your Ken and working hard to get ours going for this summer. Not painted, or completely finished, but usable. I talked with you through a PM before, Ted isn't to computer savvy either, so I'm on here occasionall to find out something he wants to know. He does like the chatroom though. Anyway, Dina is looking good!! Linda
Ruthi, I would like to see the pics but the link isnt working for me...
Sorry bout the link. Ken didnt want to be on facebook, cause he isnt computer savy, so I deleted him. I will go back and put him on there just for the picture link. You will need to communicate on here tho, as he doesnt look there. I will get that done either tonight or tomorrow. I will add updated pics too as we take them. Thanks to all for the compliments. Linda, I remember you. Hey, would like to see some pics of yours too. We got the title thing worked out, so no worries bout that now. Should have it painted and on the road in the next couple of months. Cant wait, we are excited. We found a good place to paint it in S. Carolina. It is going to be one color, but, a really pretty one. Dont really care for a lot of swirls and such. We will keep it simple. BK, that is the way I have figured everything out on a computer, just start messin with stuff, lol. Sometimes it actually works.
ok, link is back up and working to see pics of Dina. Thanks ;D
Very very nice job!!! Thank you for letting me see and drool ;)
no problem
Hey, BK found the button, lol.
Splendid job Guys, splendid.
Thanks for sharing,
John
Quite impressive, Y'all do good work! Ken is lucky to have a partner that is so involved in the bus with him. (unless you are just making him doit ;) ;D ;D))
Those Head light s and Tail lights are pretty cool. How do plan on doing the running/clearance lights?
Beautiful wood work, I love your ceiling. how much time have you got invested I wonder?
I will have to get back with you on the running lights, have to ask Ken, who is out of town. As for time involved, dont know. We started the inside in November, and worked on it pretty steady for about 6 weeks. After that, it has been about a week or so a month off to work on it. The outside was done in this time frame also, except for the fiberglall work and roof raise. It was done durining the summer. Ken is always saying that it is going too slow, but we know different. He is a work a holic, lol. Yes, we love the ceiling also, turned out really good. Hope to get it painted soon. Hopefully we can make a rally this yr. Shhhh, dont tell Ken, but, I really am having a good time with the bus also, lol. ::)
