And with that heading, I begin to wind down my bus-related activities.
It's been a helluva ride over the last 30 years, but things change.
No, I am not physically ill, my health is fine.
I may pop in now and then, maybe. . .
I may post some "bus stuff" in the classifieds, Craigslist or eBay in order to clear out the closets & storage. . .
I may show up at a rally, or I may not, haven't decided.
I'll still be reachable, as I won't be turning off my profile.
Busnuts traveling thru Fresno will always be welcome to stop & share war stories over a Pepsi.
And so it goes, my tag line:
FWIW & HTH. . .
I'm sorry to see you back out. You will be missed around here. :'(
RJ,
It has been a privilege and honor to have been able to meet and visit with you at several of our Bussin' Rallies. Are you going to attend Bussin' 2011. Jack

RJ, it comes that time in life my man when other things be come more important, to us it is the grandkids and to me it is the wife.
All we are doing is waiting on the guy that bought our bus to sell his boat and pay us then I'll fade into the sunset and doubt if I ever miss the bus life hell I may even have money left over to do other things.
Good luck on what ever you do there are a lot of my friends doing the same it is like passing the torch to the younger group hope they can handle it lol
good luck
RJ,
I hate it for you , but I'm sure you feel it's the right thing to do at this time.
You have been a real blessing to our little community, sharing your words of wisdom
Don't stay away too long, check back and make sure we're doing it right!
Paul
Yes, RJ. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You will always be famous for your instructions regarding shifting techniques. I have driven fire trucks and schoolies, and I thought I knew how, until I read your post. LOL It still helped me. So you, my friend, have taught an old dog new (or better) tricks. I wish you good health and much happiness.
Dennis
As was touched on in the BNO board, I hope this is an April Fools joke.
Bob
