Title: Vinyl Wrap

Has anyone looked at using vinyl wrap on your bus instead of repainting? If so how does the cost compair?

Wrap may last 2 to 7 years if it's the good stuff ( expensive )
The catch is you have to have good smooth and clean surfaces to
apply the wrap to. There is also a shrinkage factor involved.

I rationalize that if you go to all the trouble to prep for a wrap you
are at the point that painting is the next logical step. The end differences
are the wrap is temporary and the paint will last a lot longer for the money.

The ones I looked at were only guaranteed to stay on 5 years. Paint it!
Even if if fades, it will still be there.
