Title: Hel[p needed Regulator for Delco 50DN or Transistor #

On my way to Ca and having trouble with my voltage regulator!!!
i have a short on field to ground (regulator intern)
does any one know somebody in AZ that has a regulator or can repair it??

also the part number for the transistor would help!!

there are only 3 transistors in it.the one i think i need is next to the ground bolt on he circuit!

You might try calling Gary Nickerson (CoachServices / Enduro M.S.) He has replacement boards for the 12V Delco Regulator ones!
New # is 928-855-7888 6AM to 3:30 PM & is in Lake Havasu City Az.  Bruce

Or you can just replace the regulator with a digital one.  I went from the big black box regulator to a digital regulator that is just a bit bigger then a pack of cigs.  Don't remember the cost.  Good Luck, TomC

found a replacement board on the net for $29

i think thats a deal!!
