It has taken about 1 year between trips changing out the following.
New studs on all wheel hubs drive axle, tag axle and front axle,
New slack adjusters on drive axle, tag axle and front axle
New S-Cams and bushings on axles that needed it
New brake cans on the front axle,tag axle and drive axle.
New seals on all wheel hubs,drive tag and front
New bearings if needed in hubs on the drive axle tag and front.
New brake shoes on all wheels front tag and drive,
New drums on all wheels front tag and drive.
New brake shoe springs and rollers on brake shoes front tag and drive.
New/rebuilt DD-3 brake cans on drive wheels.
Re plumbing the wet tank piping.
installing air bleeders on all tanks.
A lot of work but now I have good brakes.

This is an excellent example of catching up on preventive maintenance!
This is exactly what the better second/third tier coach operators will do when they acquire a new to them coach. All fresh parts delivers like new service.
The reliability and safety of those replaced systems may now be assumed for many miles and years to come.
