My delivery list is no longer available so I am looking for the delivery info for PD 4104 1706. Any help
out there? Thanks
Ask and yee shall receive:
PD4104-1706 was delivered new as fleet number T-2939 in May of 1956 to Tamiami Trail Tours, based in Tampa, FL.
IIRC, Tamiami was a Trailways affiliate. (Am I right, JLV?)
FWIW & HTH. . .
;)
RJ you da man. Yes it has trailway labels and the destination list east coast cities from New York to Miami and
some others inland to Memphis. Thanks
RJ correct Tamiami Trailways was part of the Trailways Bus System.

4104GA,
This is very interesting to me because mine is PD4104-1274 and was Tamiami Trailways T-2927.
Mine is painted in approximately the old Trailways colors, I plan to make it moreso one of these days and to paint Trailways on the top.
Gus here is the sister to your PD4104 loading in Tallahassee,FL in the early 60's.
That's a great picture, and right next to an Eagle too! ;)

Can anyone help me with PD 4106 1885? I believe it was originally sold to LTR ( Las Vegas Tonopah Reno) Stage lines however I'm interested in their fleet #. I have found several pic's showing 4106's in the original paint scheme and am hoping our rig is authentic as far as fleet number is concerned.
Thanks for any help at all.
Fleet number is 126 ;D

Thanks Roadrunnertex.
The bus in the photo appears to be T-2924 which makes it slightly older than mine, but I can't tell for sure? I notice also that it is Atlanta bound, I thought they mostly ran between Miami and Tampa.
Mine was one of two delivered at the same time, I think the other one was T-2926 but could have been 28.
It would be great if GMC delivery info could be put back on the net. The site I used to get it from is long gone.
Gus, The coach number is T-2926 even though the destination sign reads Atlanta. ;D
Tamiami Trailways offered through service to other cities using another Trailways division to provide service past Tallahassee,FL and other points north.
Another photo of the 4104 from a different angle.

Thanks Roadrunnertex, I have searched every avenue I know of for a better part of a year and couldn't come up with anything. Do you care to share how you find this information?
RJ Long and my self have the GMC Intercity Coach production list back as far as the PD3751 Silverside and through the last GMC Intercity coach produced H8H-649.
The list is by model and serial number of each coach built by GMC and who the first owner was that bought the coach along with the fleet number.
My list is in a loose leaf note book about 2" thick.
And it's been very accurate through out the years.
So it,s not on a computer or a web site that I know about.

Thanks again Roadrunnertex, That kind of information is very hard to come by. I have no way of expressing my appreciation for the sharing of this sort of thing. As I said previously, we've spent many hours "searching"over the past year and had no luck at all.
Hope to meet you down the road.

John,
Thanks, those are great old photos.
Do you still have that nice bus in the garage, I know it was a beauty?
I bought those 4104 rear windows from you in March '08, they are now busy keeping the snow out.
Gus,
The old 4905 Buffalo is sitting in the barn awating a trip when the weather warms up down here in East Texas.
Glad to hear that the windows are doing a good job on your PD4104.
The weather service is calling for snow and sleet here this coming Thursday.
