Title: Part # help
Post by: Chopper Scott on January 29, 2010, 08:21:24 PM
The parts manual and maintanance manual I have leaves a lot to be desired. But what I am looking for is a # for the air regulator for the rear tag on my MC 7. Best I can tell is it is a 65 lb regulator. I also need the sender unit that comes off the fuel filter housing that  allows the starter button to override the shutdown system as it decided to also sprout a leak. Any help will be appreciated but I'll basically have to call Luke anyways. thanks

If you can't get the # from anyone else just call Luke and describe the part.  He will know what it is. ;D

The tag axle air pressure regulator on the MC-7,8, & 9 should be set at 35 PSI (per factory specs) although I know several that have boosted the pressure to 40.  I will try to remember to look up the numbers for you when I get home from the Bluegrass Festival tomorrow.  Jack
