Out of curiosity, has anyone had any dealings with this fellow?
A local busnut friend who's interested in Prevosts saw one he liked on Phil's site. (philcooper.com)

RJ, you don't deal with Cooper find the coach you like and he will furnishes the contacts for the unit he is never involved in the deal what so ever it is between you and the seller.
FWIW you can get deals there sometime from owners desperate to sell.
