I emailed the owner for some interior pics, he responded quickly. A friend of mine is looking for one, but this is too far away. I was just curious, it does need some TLC.

But........You have to start somewhere!

Might be scary if it has sat for a number of years, like enough years for the tires to go bad.

Most definitely! I would think, at the minimum, a very close inspection of all rubber parts in the suspension & braking system is in order.
