Title: Slide out in a 4905?
Post by: bryanhes on January 19, 2010, 07:07:23 AM
Has anyone heard of a slide out in a 4905? Just curious. From what I understand the MCI is monocoque construction as well and slides are put in them quite regularly.

Remember this is only a question and I am not out at the bus with a cut off wheel and chainsaw, LOL!

I've never heard or seen one.  Anything is possible though with the right amount of time and a huge amount of dough!  ;D

I don't know about slides in a 4905 but I have a friend that installed one in a 4104 and will be at Quartzsite this year with it.

good luck

Bryan,

Bus Conversions Magazine volume 16 number 9 (September 07).  Dennis Harris' bus (paradise) is the centerfold and it is a 4905 A.   He put a sofa slide in it himself.  Nice looking bus too.

Christi and I saw a green GM with a slide called " B HIVE " in Yuma last weekend. Nice bus. I think he sold Solar Systems? M&C  ;D
