Title: how to bench test roof top ac

 hi want to test a duatherm ducted roof top and heard you need 12volts how do i do this ?
do  i need to conect the wall thermstat ? thanks

on the board on the ac where the thermstat attaches just use a jumper to tell it thats its calling for cool.no 12 volrt needed the unit supplies its own control circuit power.just plug in and go...thats what I have done.

Hi Crown,

Without a model #, we don't know if you have the 12v curcuit board or the older 115v .

If the newer with a confort control center T-stat, you will need 12v dc to operate.
