Ruthi, the best piece of advice I can give you is read and then reread the directions carefully, making sure you are clear on the steps you take to register each sender.
My mom was installing them on her rig, but she missed a step in the process and we had to pull them all off and start over, because she had the wrong ones registering the wrong spots. Also, remember that once you put them on a vehicle, if you take them off, you need to put them on the same tire from which you removed each one. I used a simple trick with the car. I have four pockets, and when I am facing forward in the same direction of the car, my front left pocket is drivers front, my front right pocket is passenger front, etc. This works for times you may have to change tires, rotate tires, etc. Kiss theory you know.
Anyway, I think you made a smart choice and the only drawback of this system is that I can't afford to put one on every vehicle we own. :D Christy HIcks
One thing you need is to buy is the supports for the inside wheels where the valve stems comes through the outside wheel (a round rubber that the stems goes through)

I use little jewelers zip lock baggies that i mark for each tire to store mine in when not in use. If you are going to be sitting for a while, take them off. The batteries will last a lot longer.
