What size water tank do I need for this unit (Hydronic heating)?

I believe 'da book' says about 4 gallons or so as a minimum or the Webasto may short cycle,

My tank (reservoir) is made from a 5 gallon portable air tank with plenty of nipples and ball valves attached for space heating loops, and future water heater loop, engine heater loop, etc.

BTW, the heat loss from the reservoir tank and Webasto unit does a good job of heating the bay (where my fresh water tank is located) and conveniently the kitchen is directly above, so the floor is warmed.

If I told you that was all in the design, I would be fibbing........ ::)

'da book' specifies something like a minimum of  three gallons for the DBW2010. That's for the whole system. So a two gallon or less tank size should suffice.
