I have tried that Dallas but it redirects me to a real estate agent
If this works I will try for other southern states LOL

I went to Google, typed in mls florida and it brought up their main site.
Yes but when i click through to the city (Cape Coral) then it redirects to agent.
The Michigan mls just shows the listings and price

To get on a florida MLS site you must have a member # and password - the reason is the agents are charged for this service - If your looking in mid-floridqa I may be able to help - FWIW

What you need to think about is that those websites are set up by different people at different times and no two are going to be set up the same or look alike. Just go to the different ones in different areas and check them out and then save the ones you like to your favorites.
Timetogo40,
Have you ever tried Arizona, WOW the weather beats Florida hands down, no Hurricanes.

I looked around the Cape and North Fort Myers area for two years. Most of the RE sites are not kept up, have outdated info and in general are not that good!!
This website is the absolute, hands down best!!!! Its like comparing Yugo's to Bently's!!!!!! You must sign up and pick an agent, no cost involved. I used an alias (Richard Cranium) and old phone #, nobody has said anything.
http://www.listingbook.com/frontpage (http://www.listingbook.com/frontpage)
It is well maintained, easy to use and is well just the best. You can enter your criteria and new listings will be sent to you on a daily basis.
PM me if I can help jjrbus@xxxxxxxxx hotmail.com remove xxxxxx's
To the best of my knowledge, you will not be able to keep an RV on your lot in the Cape!! Also add about $15K to asking price for water and sewer hookup. Then be careful of Chinese drywall and shoddy construction. A house that has been vacant for 3 years with no air on may have serious mold issues. Due diligence is extremely important here.

Vacant land lists are hard to come by
My thought are 2 or more acres to use as busnut rest stops for winter
