Well, since the McDonald's MC-7 deal looks like it is dead, my attention has now turned to my next suspect...
I have been talking to a man in the Dallas, TX area about a 4106. It looks pretty nice and his description sounds good, but I am too far away to have a curiosity look. It is a nice looking coach with house systems in place. Decor is outdated, but the floorplan seems to be usable, so I could use it and pick away over a period of time. I will post a picture of it. Maybe someone out there recognizes it or knows the bus. He wants $5k for it, but it would need to be driven about 1,100 miles home if I bought it.
Is there anyone in that area who would be willing to check it over for me? If so, how much will you charge? You can respond here or PM me. I like the looks of this bus because side windows have not been skinned. I may be one of the few who prefers the stock look.
By the way, I am very open to any deals any of you folks know of that might fit my needs. I am trying to buy something for around $5k that has house systems in place. Old paint is fine, "That '70s show" interior is fine, as long as it is a strong runner. PM me with your suggestions if you are so inclined.
