We're going to pull out the Heat and AC coils and fan motors Wednesday night to free up space in the 4th bay of the Eagle 10S and start repairing rust issues.
Are there ball valves to isolate the heater coils from the rest of the bus cooling system?
What is located in the center between the left and right side coils? There appears to be something there behind aluminum walls.
Where is the best place to order Eagle manuals?

Fred, I don't know much about the two axle Eagles, but I would say there is a fuel tank behind the walls. I don't remember any ball valves in the cooling or heat lines when I tore mine out.

Fred, the valves if equipped will be on the engine and it would help if we had the serial # some had the fuel tank up front and the 10s has very little info in the manual.
You remove the rest of the stuff by going through the floor hatch inside the bus.

Thanks Clifford. We'll get the serial# written down soon. But the fuel tank is in the center up in the front bay for sure. I can't figure out what would lie between those two outside bays in the fourth bay area. We'll find out out soon.

Fred, I think you will find a empty space behind there on that bus since the fuel tank is at the front that was where the boggies are mounted on the regular 10 as they used the same frame, a great place for your holding tanks.

You are right that space on the 10S is completely closed in space. I was expecting to find a body or something when I cut it open. ;D I cut all the walls out and placed my black tank in there. My fuel tank is in the center of the front bay and my batteries where in a stainless steel box in the front bay as well. I moved them to the back where the bogie axle Eagles are. I had to replace a lot of metal in those AC/heat bays becuase of all the moisture that had been in there. The long stabillizer bars from the rear axle attached under the floor of these bays and we had to cut out all the floor and replace to support these. We have had our 10S for 10 years and have been well pleased with the extra space and no bogies.
