Title: 4106 Wet tank
Post by: Zippymoe on October 27, 2009, 04:59:19 PM
Vertical tank behind steer axle needs replacement. We called Luke & Bill at U.S. coach and they are looking. Any other suggestions if they don't have one.

Thanks,
Zippy

It doesn't need to be an exact OEM replacement. So you can fab something in it's place that will work.

Same as Barn owl, I pulled an air tank from a scrap RTS (middle towards the back) It was mounted horizontally, but had 2 ports on the side.  Freshened it up and installed.  FWIW the copper lines running to and from my wet could no longer make the connections as the new tank was larger, lines were looking a little frail as well.  There was a pipe joint fitting where the supply came through the firewall so I ran new plastic from there, and some PO had spliced already for the out put so I spliced in the new plastic there.
