The curbside wiper on our 102A3 just quit working. One day it is working fine and the next time I went to use it (about 6 days later) nothing, dead.
What are the first steps to help diagnose the problem? Air switch vs wiper motor?
Any help would be appreciated,

The answer to your question is yes ;D. I would start at the switch. I would assume that you have air there, and I don't see any reason why you wouldn't. Then I would check the lines running to it, if you can. Make sure there isn't kinks or anything (again, I doubt that there would be).
Then move on, and check your wiper motor (or was it engine ;D). See if you have air there (again, my guess is that you will). After you check that, then I would see if you can figure out if the motor is frozen. If it is, see if you can take it out and disassemble it. We had re built ours before, and it usually helped some (now we are all electric).
Maybe somebody else that has more knowledge about the air wipers will chime in.

Disconnect the air line from the switch to the motor, add a little Marvel Mystery Oil, reconnect and try. If it does not move, manually move the wiper arm and see it it starts working. It is does, it would probably be a good idea to dis-assemble, clean, and rebuild the motor. Pretty easy task, just a few O rings. Jack
There is air to the switch, rotating the switch to the park mode allows air to exhaust as it always has. I can't imagine air not getting to the motor as nothing has changed.
I tried to move wiper arm but it does not seem to want to move. To be fair, I used very little pressure as I didn't want to damage anything.
Should the wipers move freely using hand pressure when they are parked? It seems like there would/should be something to prevent the wiper from moving from wind pressure while driving down the highway?
My bus has a fiberglass trim piece that wraps around the front and the wiper motor shafts protrude through it. I assume I need to remove the fiberglass trim and then the wiper motor comes out from the front?
