Thank you very much for the information about Welch Industries. It looks like they will be a big help!
What problem are you having with your A/C ? Might be some other folks who can help?
Lamar Welch amd Kevin are great people who do super a/c work. Just had my MC96A3 converted from r134 to r22, along with steel reinforced hoses and a few special valves. She blows cold, and IF it ever leaks down the stuff if relatively cheap compared to the forerunners. Welch gets a great deal of the bus a/c business in the metro ATL area. Good luck!

Two problems actually. First, the bus is still running R-12. Second, the system leaks. I blew a line near the compressor, and the condensor leaks too. I want to convert it to R-134.
I read a post recently where the owner was changing to R-22. It is supposed to be a lot cheaper than 134. Don't remember what he had to do to make the conversion.
