Bill,

How are you doing down there? You aren't in really terrible circumstances are you? ;D :P That is way out there. How is your little, what do they call them now, let me see here....Oh, yes, how is your hut? What kind of thatch does it have on it?  ;D :D ;D

Seriously though, I hope that you are enjoying yourself. It looks like a nice place on google satellite.

God bless,

John

John,

Thanks for asking, life on the island is just fine.  Work is going well, and I'm playing really hard at soccer, scuba diving and drinking. Drinking being the number one pass time on this small island.

Miss the bus, trying to put a trip to Key West for Fantasy Fest for Halloween. (Being I have to come home for a couple weeks.)  The problem in Key West, is they pretty much have take away all the free parking places.  Have a friend there, working on a parking place for a few days.

Title: Re: Catskinner/tsunami

For those that have ask, about the tsunami.  We had a "warning".  Tsunami's are nothing to us, they pass right over these low coral reefs without even been noticed.  We do not have the underwater slope that gives a tsunami the pressure they need to build up into a killer wave.  The reefs here drop off rather quickly to 1000ft.  Thus a tsunami, passes over us unoticed.    ;D

Now a typhoon, is a different story.    :'(    As luck would have it, most (not all) go around us.    :)
