Hey busnuts I just got a call from Cody he is just off the interstate @ the exit in the heading and has lost power!
He's going to let it cool some then change the filters and see how things are from there.
I just wanted to see if anyone was close to him incase we need to get him more assistance if the filters don't do it!

Bummer! I had hoped that he wouldn't have a problem. If I was within 100 maybe 200 miles, I would drive up there and help him in a heartbeat. Too bad that we are father then you are :(.
I hope he gets it figured out, and back plugging down the road.
God bless,
John

I know a guy in Madison, but can't find his number. Probably have it at home.
I'll call Bryce with another guy's number in Lake Mills.
I would be happy to go help, but it would take me more than four hours to get there by the time I load up and such. I talked to Bryce a few minutes and he wasn't able to get a hold of cody for an update yet.
I am know very little about two strokes, but I am relatively young and can provide muscle if need be. Call me 612 five zero eight nine nine five six if I can help.
Let us know what you find out. I called the only number I had for Cody, must be a land line, no answer.

I talked to Bryce almost two hours ago and at that time he hadn't heard from Cody if the problem was fixed.
I haven't pushed the issue of heading out there because there wouldn't be a lot of daylight left by the time I got there, especially now. I would hope he isn't stranded for that long.
Well we got Cody back on the road and last I heard Libby & he were chasing
RickB~ Rick AKA 74MC8 down the road. ;D
Ain't it a good day in the neighborhood?
;D BK ;D

BK,
I actually was planning on heading down there today if they didn't get it running but it must be another RickB they are chasing because I didn't even read about it until late last night??? Rick Bartlett maybe???
I'm glad they are motivating again... Tell us all if those new cabinets look as good in person as they did in pictures.
Rick
my bad wrong Rick!
....what was the lack of power from? Dirty filters? Expiring minds want to know...lol
Mark
yes plugged primary filter!
The primary was full, but the secondary was only 1/2 full!
Vrooom down the rd they go! ;D BK ;D
Glad to hear they are OK!
Glenn
Glad they are rolling again! I was worried maybe they took BK's advice and had Libby in the toad po'ed at Cody and was draggin the brake ;D ;D
That's great that they are rolling. It is also nice that they have adult supervision, and that Rick is keeping an eye on them ;D ;D ;D (I hope Cody sees this one ;D).
God bless,
John

Gumpy,
First, Glad Cody is on the road again,
Second, I think I missed the Help Assist List, did a search and nothing besides this post.
Where can I volunteer my limited knowledge assistance, but shirt off back if it helps, and
How can I search HAL, if I become stranded along side the road ?
Thanks,
Gary
Gary, here is the link to the help assist list:
http://www.cruiser-magazine.com/Help_Assist_List.html (http://www.cruiser-magazine.com/Help_Assist_List.html)
To use it on the road, if somebody had mobile Internet access that would do it. Or a phone call to someone they knew with access would work. Also, I suppose a person could print out the pages of the list pertaining to areas they would travel through and take it with them on the trip.
Thanks for the link,
Sent info, done.
Have a Great Weekend.
