Title: GMC 4905A www.govliquidation.com
Post by: scanzel on September 14, 2009, 10:02:49 AM
www.govliquidation.com (http://www.govliquidation.com) has a 4905A GMC for auction, converted to a command center. Looks pretty good only 124,963 miles, includes a 15kw diesel Onan generator. Located on Fort Bliss Texas. Sale #4677, lot 7652. Here's one for you Texans. Might sell really cheap and you get a generator.

Based on the VIN (P8M4905A-1015), that coach never saw typical revenue service - it's always been owned by the US Gov't's General Services Administration.  Was originally assigned to the White Sands Missile Range in NM, so probably pretty rot-free, and odo mileage is probably original.  VS2 automatic, most likely OEM, too.

FWIW & HTH. . .

This would be really cool to win this and finally get the bigger bus we need.  Bigger bus, more space and something new for Dallas to play with all in one winning bid. Keeping my fingers crossed. ;D
