Title: where can I find bus side lights?
Post by: ttomas on September 06, 2009, 12:09:31 PM
Can anyone tell me a source for replacement lights (24 volts) for an mci. I am looking for  the bottom side running /blinker lights. I do NOT need original equipment. Thanks for the info.

Hi Tom,
I would call Luke at US Coach.
He's in NJ but can ship things like that quickly.
3366 N Mill Rd
Vineland, NJ 08360-1526

(856) 794-3104‎

I think there is an 800 number but I can't find it now.

Good luck
Frank

A lot of the truck supply places won't have 24 volt lights, at least not LED.  For a regular 24 volt incandescent light one can use a 12 volt fixture and replace the bulb.  Don't use a 12 volt bulb on a 24 volt circuit!  It will draw extra power and cause problems.  (I have experience.)

I believe Truck-Lite makes 24 volt LEDs, but their website is down for upgrade right now and the office was closed all last week.
