During the night I thought I heard the door to the bus open and close, oh great I thought, kids messing around so I snuck out of bed and headed to the stairway (we're in jamies house), about the same time jamies cats woke up and I supposed they figured dad's up, must be time to eat so we all met at the top of the stairs, me and 4 over fed but hungry cats, we were doing quite well until about midway down the stairs when I managed to step on one of their tails, still not sure which one it was cause the stairwell exploded in a ball of fur and cat screams that led to our cat deciding to save my life and sassy leaped into the fray, I lost my footing and joined the rolling ball of cats heading for the bottom of the steps. At the bottom of the steps we all parted company as they ran off to check their dishes for any new food (they have their priorities) and I sat and counted body parts, I came up one body part short so in the the search for it I found that I have ripped my right shoulder. I still needed to check on the bus so I slipped carefully out the door and headed across the deck to the bus, I forgot how slippery my slippers are on dew so I once again headed for the great unknown from the top of the deck steps, this time banging my head on the railing post, splitting a tooth wide open, good news is that the bus hadn't been messed with, it was just noise in the night, I made my way back inside and sat on the couch until the tylonal 3 kicked in and went back to bed, are we having fun yet?

You gotta be more careful now that you are over thirty things don't heal as fast
No more WWF simulations with small animals
I hope you feel better soon and can still drive the bus
Melbo
CODY!!! You can't do that!!! You are over fifty. It is against the rules to fall when you are over fifty! :( :( :(
Bummer, I hope you recover quickly. That will be a set back on the bus.
Get well soon ;D ;D ;D.
God bless,
John
OH yeah, I can still drive, no question on that, what may suffer a little is the work I was planning on doing, libby seems to think I should go to the horsepistal and get it checked so I'll schedule that in right after the rally at BK's I too have my priorities lol. Yeah I know it was a boneheaded thing to do but I seem to do a lot of them, life is getting better already my tylonal 3 is working and I'm typing with both hands, that shows that nothing of any importance was damaged. I won't run the risk of them putting my arm in a cast or anything like that, I can't drive with my arm in a cast so it's not happening besides at this point other than hurting a little it's just fine and no cats were damaged (or fed) last night lol.
One thing that I feel badly about is that I'll have the only bus at BK's that isn't finished. lol

I seriously doubt that!
Now what were you thinking? Don't you know when you think you see or hear something yer supposed to open the window point the shot gun toward the noise and pull the trigger, pump and pull it again and again until it either drops or yer outta shells! (that's the way Malky does it while dad is down putting new stickers on the bus plates @ 1;00 AM)
Now as far as not getting checked out before coming down, I'm not there and can't make ya do it. But I really think ya should get it looked at if only by Jamie or Danielle. (since they are in med school don't they need the practice playing nurse?)
Oh well you'll do what's ya need to, nad if ya still need assistance when ya get down here we have an ER nurse in the family! (Robert's wife works in the local ER!) ;D
;D BK ;D
The bumps and bruises that took a few hours to get over when we were twenty now take weeks. Be careful out there!
As for your bus, I have never seen a non factory bus conversion that was finished.
Life is good and I'm just fine, yep it does take a bit longer to heal now, but no sence in slowing down now, we're way to close to the rally heading out point.
Cody, Glad to hear theres no life threatening injuries, and the good news is the bus was ok..lol, 'cause we all lnow the body heals itself, but the bus wont !
So Cody, did you win a buckle? :) What are you going to do the second day? Is it a three day rodeo? ;D
Cody, You crack me up! I read the story to my wife and she said "Didn't Jammie or Libby ever wake up to see what all the racket was?"
I know all about not healing any faster than I can run a mile, which should be a little over 4 hours for me by now, the 4 minute mile never happened for me!
As long as nothing is broken or hurt except your pride, carry on! ;D

Finished is more a philosophic point of view opposed to an actual state, or is more of a Schrödinger's Cat situation? Hmmmmm.
I'll be lucky if my bus is livable by the time BK's shin-dig starts.
No more try-outs for the Keystone's acrobatic team!
Cody,
Sheesh, I thought I was having a bad day...
Had to bail my mechanic out of jail and haul him home....( Don't ask...)
At least your inventory still checked out.... I keep losing stuff....
Dave...
