I am running a BW manufacturing Inc. 40 amp power converter with charger, model #3240UL Code 935.

I have been leaving my bus plugged into my power pedistal now full time, what concerns should I have if any about this device and my house batteries? This looks to be a very old unit.

Rick, everyone does it differnet most of the time I convert the old converters over to a Iota smart charger like the Iota dsl 75 converters are getting to be a thing of the past now and the model you have are from the 1980's era.
Do you know what amp the charger part is some were just 5 amps

I will look for the charge amp output. I don't want to hear the boom of batteries in the night.  :o I am guessing this 40 amp device will keep my Hydroflame heater running at peak performance. I try to go out and run my 12V lighting and what not to keep the batts on their toes so to speak. Maybe thats spinning my wheels if the converter is absorbing the load.
