Been working on the upper cabinets a little in the bus, frank gave me helll last night for not posting any pics so here are a couple if the leaded glass doors I'm whacking together, they still need a lot of woork, sanding and staining and then a few coats of hand rubbed oil but anyway here they are kinda rough but solid mahogany, so there frank lol.
Couple more pics, these doors will be at the ends of the uppers, one at each end.
Now that is cool cody! Well done!
I admire that kind of work and want to do some myself someday.
Where did you get your supplies?
Paul
The framework is just a simple rail and style setup with the router cutters to cut the glue joints, the leaded glass I bought at either trinas or bontragers a couple of years ago, I don't remember which lol but I do remember paying 50 cents each for the panels and they are real glass, I know cause I've already broke 2 of them by tipping them over in the shed lol. I bought a bunch of them at the time.
Last night I got the rest of the upper cabinet doors roughed out, all 6 of the raised panel doors are on the glue clamps, hopefully today they might get trimed, sanded and stained and begin to look like doors. I've got so much work to do to get ready to roll to BK's for the rally I may have to start collecting on daylight savings time and add a few hours to the mix.
Cody,
Looking Good!
I need to attend more rallies.
Its amazing what I can get done when there's a rally coming up. ;D
Now all I need is to find a swimming pool and barn addition group that has rallies....... :P
Cliff
Here's the 6 raised panel mahogany doors for the center section.
Life is good lol.
Looks great cody!
One question, on the last pic there are a couple of propane bottles, is that the fuel for your chair! ::)
Paul
Paul those bottles are for the bus at what ever point I get the bays back together.
