Title: bus windows
Post by: frontman on August 02, 2009, 10:41:13 AM
I am skinning the sides of my bus, and I was thinking about leaving 2 original Eagle windows in the front and 1 in the back on each side, or getting new windows.  Any suggestions?

I had 2 original iggle windows in front and one in back but we wanted sliders for air movement so we replaced the one in the back and one of the front windows with tinted thermopane sliders, we still have the original front side window with the slant in the front, we want to replace that at some point too, the air movement is nice to have.

Frontman, what windows do have, the Model 15 had 3 different windows the single, the double and the acrlyic glazed.
If you have the double glazed dark tint those are very good windows better than any replacment window on the market.    good luck

For a good source of economical windows try RV Surplus in elkhart ot Bontragers in White Pigeon Michigan, the ones I buy are brand new surplus, with the screens included, tinted thermopanes and range from 20 to 40 dollars each, complete with clamp trim ring.

Thanks guys.
How would I be able to tell what kind of windows are on the bus now?
