Title: Hwhat is the correct way to run the airconditioner in 110 deg Phoenix?

We arrived in Phoenix yesterday, and will be here for 4 to 5 weeks, What is the best way to run the airconditioners to stop freeze up on any other problems in the Phoenix heat?
