Beatenbo,

I custom made my hitch on the C3, and bolted it to the lower rails of the engine cradle.

I'll take some pics. tomorrow for you and post them.

Sounds like Nick made his hitch much the same as we made ours. Here are a couple photos of ours

Hmm, just posted a reply to the same question by Tim.

Here's what I did on our MC9. Probably similar.

Most use car dealers have a few receiver hitches lying around that they have removed- I bought 2 for $20 that all they needed was the brackets to be sized and rewelded to fit the bus-makes agreat start. I have a 2" receiver that the P/O had installed. I'm adding a second small receiver 12" offset to the drivers side to pull my VW toad so I can see it out of my mirror and not drag it over mailboxes and the ditch-
Heres a photo of a super nice bus (I think its a MC7) with lots of great ideas-I made this pic at the Conyers Ga bus rally a couple months ago.
I really like the dual hitches and the lights incorporated into the air scoops- Its hard to make out the tag, but it says "HOUND"
now, that cooolllll..........
