Hello,
I have a few seats, well allot of seats from a '92 47 passenger which are no longer being used following this conversion. Seats are in good condition and are located close to Calgary, AB. Would anyone know of anyone looking for seats for their bus? With this conversion, all of the interior has been removed, which includes luggage racks/doors, lights, speakers....etc. Along with 5 side/1 bathroom window which are double and tinted, looking to move this stuff, if you know of anyone would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Chad
Chad,
All you can do is call around to companies running coaches and see if anyone has any interest. You won't get much.
You got to tell us what model bus it is out of.
I might be interested in the glass for our hockey team's 102D3.

Hi JC,
There out of a '92 102C3, let me know if you require any additional details.
Thanks,
Chad

I live right in Calgary and I am converting a 102C3 as well, I ended up giving away or trading most of what I had. I phone around a few places and it got to be more of a hassel then anything. If your windows are dual pain Big Rig Collision may buy them he does most of the body work on MCI buses in Western Canada. Other then that most bus companies want all the seats including the drivers seat for a complete replacement.

Ross
That is what we have found works very well. If a bus company likes, the seats for example, then you can trade them for something else that is useful to you. We did a lot of that. It worked out well.
BTW, I would keep your ceiling panels (the aluminum ones). We have cut ours up into a variety of things. They are very handy to have some good aluminum.
God bless,
John
Chad, we could use the bathroom window. Ours is cracked. We could also use the others as spares, as they all loose their seal sooner or later. I maintain and drive our 1995 102D3 as a volunteer for the Columbia Valley Rockies Junior B team, out of Invermere, BC, a member of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League. We play in the East and West Kootenays, as well as in Spokane, WA.
I got some windows for it a couple of years ago, but can't remember how much I paid. I will look it up today.

JC, I have sent a follow-up via email...let me know if you require any additional info.
Ross, thanks for the recommendation and i'll be checking into this forsure. How's your conversion coming along, feel free to send me some pics anytime...always interested to see new conversions and maybe we'll get a chance to meet and share the experience.
John I totally agree on the aluminum panels, excellent and thanks for the idea...much appreciated!
Chad
So far on my conversion I am still working on sealing up the outside of the coach. I have raised the roof 6", reskinned the sides, installed the frame work for a false ceiling, install front and rear caps and I am currently installing new fenders and a new breast plate.
I still need to retrieve the pictures off my hard drive after the crash.
You are welcome to call me anytime and come over and have a look. My number is 403-255-2576

Ross
