I finally got a good day to work on the bus today. I got most of my coolant hose back together. I used two pieces of exhaust pipe to replace a long coolant hose.
I also decided to fix a radiator hose that had been jerry rigged on the road thousands of miles ago. The bad news was I had to remove the intercooler to get at the hose. Luckily the intercooler only take a bit over an hour to remove and the same amount of time to reinstall.
I was hoping to get coolant back in and the engine started, but I ran out of time today. I sure hope it doesn't rain tomorrow.
