Could someone please advise on renewing my subscription to Bus Conversions Magazine?
I went online to renew but it wants to set me up for a new subscription yet states that it will automatically renew. I don't want to start the new subscription, just renew the one I have. If it is auto renew, how does payment occur?
I tried to contact through the Contact tab and sent two email. One was acknowledged by the webmaster that I should have a reply within 48 hours (this was on the 16th). I have no reply.
Since I got tired of waiting I did try to start a new subscription. I went through the steps and it sent me a link to complete the process. However, when I open the link a popup opens but the message is "Plugin not activated, contact the webmaster".
Not sure what to do at this point. My subscription ends in July. I know I waited a bit long, but thought it should be no problem with online ordering.
Maybe management for this site and magazine will see this post and help. Or maybe they don't want subscribers.
Anyway, any advice would be appreciated. I really do want to continue the magazine, just trying to figure out how to do it.

I apologize for the problems you have had with it. The existing subscriptions were never added to the online system since most of them didn't have email addresses registered and of course no login ID or password. That is something I am working on a solution for in general.
We will have possession of the offline subscription database by early next week. You are welcome to call me at the new number (863-558-5591) and I can take your subscription manually. When the database is in my possesion, I will get you renewed in it.
