Well,
Just saw on the news that Silver Eagle Bus company is moving from Brownsville TX to Gallatin Tennessee shortly.
Said they would have 36 employees and may get up to 500 at some time.
Hmmmm....
Shame about the Titanic too ;)

Seems like a good idea to me. Eagle buses once were THE entertainer bus for country musicians. Gallatin is close to Nashville. I would say they have decided to focus on that market. And with so many record labels intertwined between country and pop, it gives them some exposure to other venues (too expensive to locate near NY or LA).
It is also much more centralized than Brownsville. It is near the hub of I-40, I-65 and I-24.
And TN is getting more aggressive at luring manufacturers.

Ya know I have been told that they have the same front end radius! And every since then I have wanted to try an Eagle chrome bumper on one! (with chicken lights ! LOL!)

I don't blame them. Brownsville seems like it is at the end of the world. Well U.S. anyway. I hope they do well.

I hope they do well, Best looking bus on the road.

This has been in the works for some time now. I hope Craig and staff get it all packed up and moved so they can get down to business again. It's a good move for them. Puts them closer to the clients they need to attract.
