You could hear that Detroit screaming 3 miles away! That 8v92T and straight pipes pushed by an Allison 750 shifting like a ten speed is a work of art! Almost sounded like a drag race when he finally was able to open it up! ;D

Speaking of bugs ( the vw kind ;) ) , do you know what if anything you have to do special to use one as a toad?

PS:  It is too bad you can't get the bug to sound like a DD, would be much easier on the ears.

We have towed our 1970 VW Bug for about 50-60,000 miles.  No problems. 
Towed a 1993 Ford Explorer manual transmission about 60,000 miles.  No problems. 
Currently towing a 2003 Toyota Tacoma 5 speed manual and about 90,000 miles.  No problem. 
All miles are towed miles.
All cars towed 4 wheels down, transmission in neutral, all two-wheel drive vehicles.

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to say we really enjoyed the rally. Lot of good looking buses,good food, and good people. Just wished it had lasted longer. Couldn't believe they let my MCI in there with all those Eagles ,but they did put me way down at the end where I could at least get some sleep at night. Had a good time and looking for the next one.

I always sleep with ear plugs so it won't keep me awake! ;D
