The mirrors i have are "fine" but i dont like having to turn my head so much to look at them, isnt nearly as scary to drive as i thought, i did 6 hrs my first trip and loved it! i have seen, on school buses mainly, mirrors on the sides that are more 'in the front mount' that stick out in the front kinda instead of way off to the side , does anyone know what im talkin about? any leads on where to get, good make /name for mirrors, and how to go about mounting?

Would Ramco mirrors fit the need here? I think I've seen them sold surplus.

Some Ramco mirrors may be fine, but on the Prevost sites there is almost unanimous agreement that the chrome plated Ramco mirrors are junk. One poster keeps referring to them as Crapco mirrors because his finish failed in a very short period of time and Ramco will not stand behind them.
Big bucks for mirrors that begin to look crappy in a few years.
I'll stand behind this because I have a set and they look lousy.
Hmm. That being the case - what are the recommended mirrors? Anyone have a mirror solution which has worked well in place of the originals?

Along that line, I suggested to Kristy that she call Luke (1-888-262-2434) and see if he had any OEM mirrors, arms & brackets for a Flxible New Look on a coach in his boneyard.

Hey guys, no i did not call yet, I am going to the Busnusa thing with my bus, in SAlem , OR, so i figured I would talk to people there that could see my bus and offer suggestions as well, then start with the calls. I will let you know what I find out. Anyone else goin>?
