Michael, Go for it! Pick a place, date and time, gotta have food and beverages and lots of notice! You will be surprised on how many busnuts will want to go! Even if only a few show up, that's a place to start. It will grow as the years go by!

I started one in Texas in 2007 and had 13 coaches, last year we had around 15. Remember, it only takes two to have a fun get together!

Have Fun,

~Paul~

Michael,
As was already mentioned, pick a date and a place with as much advance notice as possible. When selecting a date to hold the rally consider the typical weather for the area at the time of your rally.
As far as activities, just remember, you will never please everyone. At our Bussin' rallies, we ask those attending to fill out a comment sheet and return it to us. On last years comment sheets, some wanted more entertainment while other want less entertainment.
Some "How To" seminars go over good, some not so good, depending on the subject covered and the interest of those attending.  We have found one of the most popular activities is eating, whether it is a pot luck, catered, or cooked on site, meals give everyone a chance to get together.
At our rally, there are some that want to simply sit is groups at their coaches and visit, in fact, dome of these never even come to the main building except, maybe, for the meals.
Every rally is different and develops it's own personality.  Jack
